Nabanna Scholarship - Chief Minister Relief Fund Scholarship:-
Nabanna scholarship & Chief Minister Relief Fund Scholarship both scholarship are same. This Scholarship sponsored by West Bengal Government. Meritorious Students of West Bengal who have passed the class 10 or 12 secondary board examination, or any Indian university examination (undergraduate/postgraduate) are eligible for Nabanna Scholarship or Chief Minister Relief Fund Scholarship. The purpose of the Nabanna scholarship scheme is to financially support the meritorious students of West Bengal from the Chief Minister’s relief fund.
নবান্ন বৃত্তি এবং মুখ্যমন্ত্রী ত্রাণ তহবিল বৃত্তি উভয় বৃত্তি একই। এই বৃত্তিটি পশ্চিমবঙ্গ সরকার দ্বারা স্পনসর করা হয়েছে। পশ্চিমবঙ্গের মেধাবী ছাত্র ছাত্রীরা যারা মাধ্যমিক বা উচ্চ মাধ্যমিক বোর্ড পরীক্ষায় উত্তীর্ণ হয়েছে, অথবা যেকোন ভারতীয় বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের পরীক্ষায় (স্নাতক/স্নাতকোত্তর) নবান্ন বৃত্তি বা মুখ্যমন্ত্রী ত্রাণ তহবিল বৃত্তির জন্য যোগ্য। নবান্ন বৃত্তি প্রকল্পের উদ্দেশ্য হল মুখ্যমন্ত্রীর ত্রাণ তহবিল থেকে পশ্চিমবঙ্গের মেধাবী শিক্ষার্থীদের আর্থিকভাবে সহায়তা করা।
Eligibility for Nabanna Scholarship :-
Assistance from Chief Minister’s Relief Fund and Chief Minister’s Discretionary Fund is given to the student :
- Who is a permanent resident of the State of West Bengal.
- Who is studying in any institutions of the State after passing out the State Board / Council of Secondary / Higher Secondary Education or a State aided University in West Bengal.
- Who has got 50% and above but less than 60% marks in aggregate in Madhyamik Examination [for H.S. level] OR
- 50% and above but less than 60% in aggregate in H.S. Examination [ for U.G. level] OR
- 50% and above but less than 53% marks in Graduation [for P.G. level]
- Who do not enjoy any other governmental (central/state) scholarship or stipend for the same course or stage of study during the last year.
- Whose annual family income does not exceed Rs. 1,20,000/-
নবান্ন বৃত্তির যোগ্যতা:-
এখানে নবান্ন বৃত্তির জন্য যোগ্যতা আলোচনা করা হল-
(1) পশ্চিমবঙ্গ রাজ্যের স্থায়ী বাসিন্দা হতে হবে।
(2)রাজ্য বোর্ড/মাধ্যমিক/উচ্চ মাধ্যমিক শিক্ষা পরিষদ বা পশ্চিমবঙ্গের কোনও রাজ্য সাহায্যপ্রাপ্ত বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় থেকে পাস করার পরে রাজ্যের যে কোনও প্রতিষ্ঠানে অধ্যয়নরত হতে হবে।
(3)মাধ্যমিক পরীক্ষায় 50% এর বেশি কিন্তু 60% এর কম নম্বর পেয়েছেন [উচ্চমাধ্যমিক স্তরের জন্য]
(4)উচ্চমাধ্যমিকে 50% এর বেশি কিন্তু মোট 60% এর কম পরীক্ষা [ U.G. এর জন্য স্তর]
(5)স্নাতকে 50% এর বেশি কিন্তু 53% এর কম নম্বর [P.G এর জন্য স্তর]
(6)যারা গত বছরে একই কোর্স বা অধ্যয়নের পর্যায়ে অন্য কোনো সরকারি (কেন্দ্রীয়/রাজ্য) বৃত্তি বা উপবৃত্তি ভোগ করেন না।
(7)যার বার্ষিক পারিবারিক আয় 1,20,000/- এর বেশি নয়।

How to Apply for Nabanna Scholarship ?
People who seeks financial assistance from Chief Minister’s Relief Fund may send their signed application on plain paper along with all related documents to :

Following are the required documents for financial assistance from Chief Minister’s Relief Fund for financial assistance.
1. Copies of Mark Sheets of all previous examinations passed.
2. Copies of Rank Card & Allotment letter of Selection Committee (only for JEE or Equivalent Examination)
3. Copy of Monthly Family Income Certificate from any one mentioned within the bracket – (DM/ SDO/ BDO / Joint B.D.O./ Executive Officer in case of Municipality / Deputy Commissioner of Corporation).
4. Copy of Recommendation from MP/MLA to the Hon'ble Chief Minister stating monthly family income of the student.
5. Self declaration of the student under his/her signature regarding present course of study mentioning year/semester and receipt of any scholarship /aid/assistance, duly countersigned by the head of the present institution with seal .
6.Self Bank Account details (IFSC Code, Branch Code, Branch Name, Account Number, Bank Name) with photocopy of Bank Pass Book.
7. Photo Copy of tuition/admission fees book.
8. Contact Details with self Mobile No.
Photo copies of all the documents are required to be attested by Group-A Govt. Officer.
নবান্ন স্কলারশিপের জন্য কীভাবে আবেদন করবেন?
যে ছাত্র ছাত্রীরা মুখ্যমন্ত্রীর ত্রাণ তহবিল থেকে আর্থিক সহায়তা চায় তারা সমস্ত সম্পর্কিত নথি সহ সরল কাগজে তাদের স্বাক্ষরিত আবেদন পাঠাতে পারে এই ঠিকানায় ---

প্রয়োজনীয় কাগজপত্র :-
1. পূর্ববর্তী পরীক্ষায় উত্তীর্ণ মার্কশিটের কপি।
2. র্যাঙ্ক কার্ডের কপি এবং সিলেকশন কমিটির বরাদ্দ পত্র (শুধু JEE বা সমমানের পরীক্ষার জন্য)
3.যে কোনও একটি থেকে মাসিক পারিবারিক আয়ের শংসাপত্রের অনুলিপি - (DM/ SDO/ BDO/ জয়েন্ট B.D.O./ পৌরসভা / কর্পোরেশনের ডেপুটি কমিশনারের ক্ষেত্রে নির্বাহী কর্মকর্তা)।
4. ছাত্র ছাত্রীর মাসিক পারিবারিক আয় উল্লেখ করে মাননীয় মুখ্যমন্ত্রীর কাছে এমপি/বিধায়কের সুপারিশের অনুলিপি।
5. বর্তমান শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানের প্রধানের দ্বারা সীলমোহর সহ যথাযথভাবে প্রতিস্বাক্ষরিত, বছর/সেমিস্টার এবং যেকোনো বৃত্তি/সহায়তা/সহায়তার প্রাপ্তি উল্লেখ করে তার/তার স্বাক্ষরের অধীনে শিক্ষার্থীর স্ব-ঘোষণা।
6. ব্যাঙ্ক পাস বুকের ফটোকপি সহ নিজের ব্যাঙ্ক অ্যাকাউন্টের বিবরণ (IFSC কোড, শাখা কোড, শাখার নাম, অ্যাকাউন্ট নম্বর, ব্যাঙ্কের নাম)।
7. টিউশন/ভর্তি ফি বইয়ের ফটোকপি।
8. নিজের মোবাইল নম্বর সহ যোগাযোগের বিশদ বিবরণ।
