West Bengal Employment Bank - Yuvasree Prakalpa:
The State Government has set up Employment Bank, a web based job portal, for the jobseekers of the state to increase their employment opportunity in all possible manners. The response of job seekers has been overwhelming and they have registered their names in the Employment Bank job-Portal in huge numbers. It has been under active consideration of
Government tot provide Unemployment Assistance to the enrolled job seekers of Employment Bank so that they can increase their employability or become suitable to set up Self Employment ventures by upgrading their level of skills through skill training. After careful consideration of the matter, The Governor is pleased to introduced a scheme titled " Yuva Utsha Prakalpa (YUP)-2013 to be implemented throughout the state of West Bengal with effect from 01.10.2013.After it is renamed as "YUVASREE" prakalpa.

রাজ্য সরকার সমস্ত সম্ভাব্য পদ্ধতিতে তাদের কর্মসংস্থানের সুযোগ বাড়াতে রাজ্যের চাকরিপ্রার্থীদের জন্য একটি ওয়েব ভিত্তিক চাকরির পোর্টাল এমপ্লয়মেন্ট ব্যাঙ্ক স্থাপন করেছে। কর্মসংস্থান ব্যাঙ্কের নথিভুক্ত চাকরিপ্রার্থীদের বেকারত্ব সহায়তা প্রদানের বিষয়টি সরকারের সক্রিয় বিবেচনাধীন রয়েছে যাতে তারা তাদের কর্মসংস্থান বাড়াতে পারে বা দক্ষতা প্রশিক্ষণের মাধ্যমে তাদের দক্ষতার স্তরকে উন্নত করে স্ব-কর্মসংস্থান উদ্যোগ স্থাপনের জন্য উপযুক্ত হতে পারে। 01.10.2013 থেকে পশ্চিমবঙ্গ রাজ্য জুড়ে কার্যকর করার জন্য "যুব উত্সা প্রকল্প (YUP)-2013" শিরোনামের একটি প্রকল্প চালু করতে পেরে আনন্দিত৷
পরে এর নামকরণ করা হয় "যুবশ্রী" প্রকল্প।
Type of Assistance:-
Beneficiary will receive Rs. 1500/- each month. They have to fill up Annexure -III in every 6 months.
সহায়তার ধরন:-
প্রতি মাসে 1500/- টাকা পাবেন। প্রতি ৬ মাস অন্তর তাদের ফরম (Annexure-III) পূরণ করতে হয়।
Eligibility Criteria for Yuvasree Prakalpa:-
- Applicant should be Registered with the Employment Bank as job-seeker
- Applicant must be unemployed and resident of West Bengal
- Applicant should be 18-45 years
- Applicant's educational qualification should be class VIII passed and above
- He/She has not availed financial assistance/ loan under any State/ Central Government sponsored Self-Employment Scheme.
- Only one member of the family is eligible to receive assistance under the scheme.
যুবশ্রী প্রকল্পের জন্য যোগ্যতা:-
- আবেদনকারীকে চাকরিপ্রার্থী হিসাবে কর্মসংস্থান ব্যাংকে নিবন্ধিত হতে হবে
- আবেদনকারীকে অবশ্যই বেকার এবং পশ্চিমবঙ্গের বাসিন্দা হতে হবে
- আবেদনকারীর বয়স 18-45 বছর হতে হবে
- আবেদনকারীর শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা অষ্টম শ্রেণী পাশ এবং তার উপরে হতে হবে
- তিনি/তিনি কোনো রাজ্য/কেন্দ্রীয় সরকারের স্পনসরকৃত স্ব-কর্মসংস্থান প্রকল্পের অধীনে আর্থিক সহায়তা/লোন নেননি।
- পরিবারের শুধুমাত্র একজন সদস্য এই প্রকল্পের অধীনে সহায়তা পাওয়ার যোগ্য।
What is Annexure-I ?
After registering with Yuvasree Prakalpa, Employment Bank of West Bengal will release a list for assisting Candidates, Applicants whose names are on the list will then have to fill up the annexure-1 form. Annexure-I is a form where you have to fill in the application with all information. It will be filled up Online.

Annexure -II is a Unemployment Form. Its is a format for Unemployment Certificate by Group-A Officer (Annexure-II). It is offline form.
